A year has passed since the opening of the innovative bridge in Błażowa. It was commissioned in February 2016 and has broken the world’s record in the span length. Many awards, appreciation of the experts in the construction business and of the scientists, two polymer bridges plus market interest in FRP composite – these are the effects of Mostostal Warszawa's efforts in the area of research[&]development and use of innovative materials in the construction sector.
Mostostal Warszawa has won the tender of the Podkarpacki Zarząd Dróg Wojewódzkich and as a result will construct 6-kilometer-long ring road of Strzyżów which will be forming part of the regional road no. 988. The project worth nearly PLN 99 million will be performed within the Capital Group of Mostostal Warszawa, in joint forces with Mostostal Kielce. Map of residential investment in Warsaw is getting bigger. Mostostal Warszawa has recently concluded the agreement for the construction of multifamily housing development in Mokotów district. The investment worth PLN 36.6 million will be realized for Vantage Development by Central Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Artur Soczewica. According to the schedule, the construction on the Vena Mokotów site will start soon after New Year’s Eve - in January.
The land architecture of the Mokotów district at Śródziemnomorska 41 Street will change soon as will be proceeding the new project of Napollo. There, in the southern part of Stegny, Mostostal Warszawa is going to construct a multifamily building Nowe Południe within 19 months. The contract worth PLN 25.85 million net will be realized under the supervision of Central Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Artur Soczewica.
Mostostal Warszawa constructed another composite bridge. The bridge that stands now in Nowa Wieś was delivered only a few months after the opening of the first bridge made of FRP composite in Błażowa. It will be a touch of luxury to the seaside resort. Mostostal Warszawa is to begin construction of the exclusive apartment building on the Hel Pennisula. The intimate, modern hotel with a view of the Puck Bay will be situated near the pier in Jurata. The investment is worth 17.8 million gross. The contract commissioned by Medical Investment Trust will perform Northern Division of Mostostal Warszawa under the leadership of Director Maciej Sasak.
The list of awards and distinctions for the bridge of FRP composite which was created at the initiative of Mostostal Warszawa completes title of Top Builder 2017. The official announcement of the winners was held on 8 December 2016. The Top Builder awards are awarded for nine years now in recognition of innovative achievements in the construction industry.

The meeting of investors and professionals from the construction industry and real estate sector was held on 1 December in Warsaw.

For the fourth time, experts on energy attended Technical Conference in Kazimierz Dolny which was held on 23-25 November this year. The main issue of the meeting was a construction of supercritical power units – the same that are rising in Opole Power Plant with Mostostal Warszawa on the erection site. Among speakers was Paweł Żbikowski, Director of Department of Energy at Mostostal Warszawa and Director of Project Opole.
The Polish Chamber of Construction Engineers awarded the titles Creator of Construction. Mostostal Warszawa was honored with this distinction for the third consecutive year. The award ceremony was held 24 November in Sobański Palace in Warsaw. The award for overall performance, including scientific and research activities in the domain of new technologies, collected Andrzej Goławski, President of the Management Board.
The first Polish road bridge made of composite materials have become a winner of the sixth edition of the prestigious Stanisław Staszic competition for the best innovative products. Jury awarded it with the Golden Laurel of Innovation in the category construction, public facilities, safety and fire-fighting.
