On September 27, 2017, Central Branch of Mostostal Warszawa signed an agreement worth PLN 33 million for the construction of the public library in Piotrkow Trybunalski. The two-storey building of the library will house an auditorium, antiquarian bookstore and library café. The project is scheduled for completion in November 2018.

In September all roads lead to Bialystok where will be held the fourth Eastern Economic Congress (EEC). Each year wide range of topics attracts more and more people interested in the development of Eastern Poland. At the invitation of the organisers Sławomir Barczak, Director of Infrastructure Division at Mostostal Warszawa will take part in the debate about road infrastructure in the eastern region of the country.

Department of Research and Development at Mostostal Warszawa has recently completed the H-house project. The four-year research resulted in eco-innovative building components for external and internal walls suited to improve occupant comfort and energy efficiency of residential buildings. The company constructed also two full-scale prototypes using innovative materials at the property of the Building Research Institute in Warsaw.

Northern Branch of Mostostal Warszawa signed a contract worth nearly PLN 25 million for construction of indoor swimming pool in Bydgoszcz. The three-storey building will be adjoining the Comprehensive Secondary School Complex no. 5 at Szarych Szeregów Street.

Mostostal Warszawa will construct the bypass of Stalowa Wola and Nisko along the national road no. 77 for nearly PLN 200 million. It is another design[&]build investment to be executed in the Subcarpathian region by Mostostal Warszawa and Acciona Construcción. The contract for the realization of the task was signed with General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways in Rzeszów on August, 30.

Mostostal Warszawa won the tender for extension and reconstruction of the sewage treatment plant in Krosno at Drzymały Street. The agreement with the Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej w Krośnie (MPGK) for the realisation of the task worth PLN 32.1 million gross has been signed today.

Centre of Creativity Targowa, one of the most recognised modernisations on the right bank of the Vistula river, got to the final of the Modernisation of the Year 2016. The investment was executed over the years 2013-2016 by the Central Division at Mostostal Warszawa headed by Artur Soczewica. The award ceremony was held yesterday in the Royal Castle in Warsaw.  

The biggest energy investment in Poland entered its final phase of implementation. The work at the construction of new coal-fired power units in Opole has just exceeded 82% of advancement. Mostostal Warszawa, one of the partners of the consortium executing the construction for the Polish Energy Group, has recently run a hydraulic test of the K-6 boiler.

Western Division, Industry, Environmental Protection Mostostal Warszawa (leader) and Acciona Construcción S.A. (partner) won the tender for the construction of the nearly zero-energy building of the Faculty of Architecture and Faculty of the Engineering Management of the Poznan University of Technology. The gross contract value amounts to PLN 71 875.22. The project is scheduled to begin in August 2017.

Mostostal Warszawa was appointed general contractor of the new residential project at Wola district at Prymasa Tysiąclecia Street in Warsaw which encompasses construction of new modern multi-family buildings of an area of more than 30 000 square meters. This is the first stage of Vis a Vis Wola development.
