The Management Board

Jorge Calabuig Ferre - President of the Management Board

Born in 1978. In 2003, he graduated from the University of Technology in Valencia, Faculty of Civil Engineering, specializing in transport and urban planning. In 2003, he defended his master's thesis at the University of Rostock in Germany, and in 2020 he completed his MBA studies at EOI Escuela de Organización Industrial (Business School) in Madrid.

From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with general contracting. In the years 2003-2006 he held positions: from Site Manager to Technical Director. He has been associated with the Acciona Group since 2006. On behalf of the Spanish company, in 2006-2008 he supervised the modernization of the national road No. 7 in the Kiezmark - Jazowa section in Poland. In 2008-2009, he also coordinated the multi-stage process of preparing the offer of the Mostostal Warszawa / Acciona Infraestructuras consortium for the construction of the second metro line in Warsaw.

In the years 2009-2013 he was the Technical Director at Acciona Infraestructuras Branch in Poland. From 2014, he managed the Controlling and Purchasing Department at Mostostal Warszawa S.A. As the Controlling and Purchasing Director, he was also responsible for managing the procurement process for one of the Company's largest contracts - the construction of power units no. 5 and 6 at the Opole Power Plant.

On May 5, 2017, by decision of the Supervisory Board, he was appointed to the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. Since 9 May 2018, he has been Vice President of the Management Board. As of 30 September 2024, he was appointed to the position of President of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.AHe is also a Member of the Management Board in Mostostal Power Development Sp. z o.o. and sits on the Supervisory Boards of subsidiaries of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. (Mostostal Płock S.A., Mostostal Kielce S.A. and AMK Kraków S.A.).

He is a member of the Council of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers for the term 2020-2024 and a member of the Council of the Polish-Spanish Chamber of Commerce for the term 2022-2024.

Jacek Szymanek - Member of the Management Board: Management and Administration

Mr. Szymanek was born in 1971; he is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw with a major in coaching; he also holds the title of Master of Business Administration from the French Institute of Management. Mr. Szymanek has completed a series of specialist training sessions devoted to management, finances and human resources. For a number of years, he was involved in personnel management, where he had the opportunity of becoming acquainted with the specific nature of various industries during his work for global corporations. During his studies, from 1990 to 1994, he began his career with the international fashion companies LeviStrauss and House of Carli Gry, holding operational positions. Between 1995 and 1999, Mr. Szymanek worked for Pepsico, where he was responsible for HR support in the operational part of the organisation. Between 1999 and 2004, he held the function of deputy personnel director for wages and employee benefits in the insurance company Commercial Union (currently Aviva). Between 2004 and 2005, he worked in Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy as the director responsible for the entire area personnel management. In 2005, Mr. Szymanek was appointed to the position of personnel director in the international logistics company FM Polska where, for six years, he was responsible for developing and shaping the human resources policy in the FM Logistic Group. Jacek Szymanek has been working for Mostostal Warszawa S.A. since September 2011; initially he was the HR Office director. On 3 February 2012, by decision of the Supervisory Board, he was appointed to the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA, where he holds the position of Member of the Management Board for Management and Administration. Along with the appointment to the Management Board of the Company he became responsible for the area of organizational support, supervising the work of Departments: Human Resources, Administration, IT and Business Application Support, Health and Safety, R&D, PR, Management Systems, Classified Office, Digital Transformation and Construction Support. From 2019 to 2025, President of the Management Board of Mostostal Płock SA – a subsidiary company. He also sits on the Supervisory Boards of Mostostal Kielce SA, AMK Kraków S.A and Mostostal Power Development Sp. z o.o.

B. 1972. In 1995 he graduated in Business Administration and Management at the University of Navarra, in 2004 he completed a Master's Degree in Tax Consultancy at ESESA (Escuela de Estudios Superiores de Empresa - Malaga) and in 2022 he completed an University Master's Degree in Financial Management and Administration at UNIR (International University of La Rioja).

He started his career as assistant general manager and controller at ICI Autocolor Polska, Warsaw (1997-1999). He then held the role of financial analyst at IBM Global Services SPAIN, Madrid (2000-2002). From 2002 to 2003, he held the role of director at System Fuengirola. He then held the role of financial director at Lawbird legal services (Marbella - 2003-2007). From 2007 to 2015, he held the role of financial controller of Sando Polska (Polish branch of the SANDO Capital Group). From 2016 to 2023, he held the role of Finance and Administration Director at OHLA, Norway branch. From January 2024 to June 2025, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Tailor Retail Makers - Grupo Bilba Constructora / Sinerba. In July 2025, he was appointed to the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA.

Javier Sanz Mugica - Member of the Management Board

Born in 1978, Javier graduated in Civil Engineering (specialising in structures) from the University of Cantabria (Spain) in 2002. He has aprox 25 years of professional experience managing, designing and constructing heavy civil infrastructure projects, in different positions as regional construction director, bid director, project director, construction manager and technical engineer. Javier has been involved in several metro, railway and highway projects including earthworks, tunnels, elevated&underground stations, viaducts, MEP, systems, communications, and roads in complex and urban environments.

Started his career at Ferrovial Agroman SA (2003-2007), being involved mainly in high speed railway projects in different positions as technical manager then construction manager and project manager in the Cerceda – Meirama Project with  8.1-km-long section that included the construction of four tunnels and 1.2-km of viaducts.

From 2007 to 2015, Javier worked at Isolux Corsan. From 2007 to 2013 he held the role of project manager and project director , leading the construction of two important high speed railway projects in Spain: Tolosa-Hernialde Project (3.8-km-long section woth three tunnels, two cut and covers tunnels and four viaducts) and Campomanes-Pola De Lena (4.9-km including 4.1 km of tunnels and 800-m of viaducts). In 2013 he was appointed as Construction Operations Director for railway projects in the North of Spain, and in 2014 he moved to Oman to become the Project Manager of the construc tion of one highway with a total length of 55.7-km in this country (Dualization of Bidbid - Sur Road - Section 2).

In 2015 Javier started his professional career in Acciona. Being the Operations Director for the Construction Projects of Acciona in Middle East (2015-2020), he held the role of chairman of the committee of the board of directors for the Metro Dubai Route 2020, with a budget of 3.0 billion euro. It consisted on the extension of the existing metro network by 15 km, of which 11.8 km were viaduct and 3.2 km were tunnel.

From 2020 to 2025, Javier was the Project Director of another metro project in Canada with a budget of 1.5 billion euro, the Broadway Subway Project (Vancouver), that consists on 6km extension of the existing metro system with one tunnel of approximately 5 km long, including 6 new underground stations and 700m long viaduct.

In July 2025, he was appointed to the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa SA

Marcin Kondraszuk - Member of the Management Board

Born in 1973, he is a graduate of the Faculty of Production Management, Warsaw University of Technology. He has completed numerous specialized training courses in strategic analysis of the enterprise, organization and management, and financial planning.

In 1996-1998 he was associated with Praktyczna Szkoła Innowacji consulting group, where as a consultant he participated in training and consulting projects for companies in the construction, transportation and FMCG industries, focusing on organization management, financial analysis and human resources management.

He has been with Mostostal Warszawa SA since 1998, and from 2001 to 2012 he served as Deputy Director and then Director of the Organizational and Legal Office, responsible for the legal services of the Company and comprehensive support for its statutory bodies. From 2012 to 2018, he was Director of the Management Board Office, and since 2018 he has headed the Production Support and Organization Department. He is responsible for key organizational areas, including compliance, investor relations, claims management policy and warranty service for completed projects.

Since 2012, he has also served as a proxy for Mostostal Warszawa SA. During his career at Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group, he was a proxy and then vice president at Towarowa Park Sp. z o.o., and was a member of the Supervisory Board of Mieleckie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane SA and REMAK SA.

Currently, he is a member of the Management Board of Mostostal Power Development Sp. z o.o. and sits on the Supervisiory Board of Mostostal Płock  SA, AMK Kraków SA.
