Bituminous mixtures
Mostostal Warszawa has its own equipment base and provides comprehensive services related to:
- production of asphalt mixtures in own bituminous mass plants,
- laying bituminous surfaces,
- auxiliary substructures,
- aggregate substructures with the use of own equipment and transport units.
We produce bituminous mass for the needs of implemented projects and for external customers in 2 stationary factories:
- WMB AMMANN Unibatch 240 - Stalowa Wola
- WMB Intrame RM-320 - Koszalin
Mostostal Warszawa has its own laboratories in which our products are subject to constant and strict control. Thanks to this, we are sure that we deliver the highest quality product.
Equipment and transport services
Mostostal Warszawa has an extensive equipment and transport fleet for the needs of the implementation of its own contracts and the provision of external services. Every year, new and more technologically advanced units join the machine park, positively influencing the implementation of construction works. All machines and trucks are equipped with devices monitoring operating parameters and telemetry systems.
The base has equipment for earthworks, bridge works and bituminous works. Some machines are equipped with additional 3D machine control systems, improving and accelerating the execution of precise works. We create a fleet based on proven solutions of leading global manufacturers such as: CAT, Volvo, Dynapac, Hamm, AMMANN, MAN, Mercedes, Trimble, Leica.
