Mostostal Warszawa is to start construction of the new residential project in the very heart of the capital city. Central Division headed by Artur Soczewica concluded the agreement with Mint of Poland for the realisation of the modern and luxury complex of apartments – Mennica Residence II. The net contract value amounts to PLN 103 150 313.96.

Mostostal Warszawa won the tender for engineering and construction work to modernise wastewater treatment plant in Otwock. The task for the Otwockie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji (OPWiK) is to execute Western Division, Industry and Environment Protection headed by Marzena Witkowska. The contract is worth over PLN 18 million gross. 

New office building of the LPP Fashion Lab complex is to rise at Łąkowa Street in the centre of Gdańsk. The general contractor of the project, worth net PLN 67.2 million, is Northern Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Maciej Sasak. The building design was prepared by architectural studio JEMS from Warsaw.    

Precast segments that Mostostal Warszawa will deliver to Denmark for the construction of the high bridge are to be prefabricated in the Szczecin Industrial Park. The first elements will be ready in two months. Further, there will be 492 segments weighing over 50 000 tonnes!

In the Kazimierz district in Krakow, there can be found exceptional apartments. Mostostal Warszawa completed the construction of the luxury apartments situated in the one-hundred-year old walls of a power plant. The post-industrial building at Wawrzyńca Street houses 89 apartments of an area up to 140 m2.  For the project realisation worth over PLN 30 million was responsible Southern Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Janusz Stanaszek.

Central Division of Mostostal Warszawa is to execute the new residential project in Pruszkow worth over PLN 58 million gross. At the Lipowe Zacisze estate is to be developed multi-family, service and residential, building with 259 flats. The project is scheduled for completion in 2019.

Mostostal Warszawa is to change Czarnowiejska Street in Krakow once again. Southern Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Janusz Stanaszek has been appointed general constructor of the facility for the Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics and Communications at the AGH University of Science and Technology. The gross contract value amounts to PLN 16 876 437.57.

Modernisation of the Year 2016 is a prestigious competition held under auspices of Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction. Centre of Creativity Targowa which was constructed by Mostostal Warszawa fights for the main prize of the jury. The competition is accompanied with online voting in which Internet users can choose the best modernisations in Poland.

Western Division, Industry and Environmental Protection of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Marzena Witkowska signed a contract for the extension of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at the Poznan University of Technology (FET). The contract value amounts to PLN 3.315.271,14 gross.

Modern sports hall in Zakopane constructed by Mostostal Warszawa received the golden statuette in the nationwide competition Construction of the Year 2016. The facility was constructed for the Central Sports Centre by Southern Division of Mostostal Warszawa headed by Janusz Stanaszek.

Mostostal Warszawa completed construction of the new police headquarters in Gdańsk.Units stationed so far at three different localisations will be transferred to the newly built facility, which is located at the corner of Wiesława and Zabłotna Street. Police officers will be provided modern and functional offices with garage facilities. The project value amounts to nearly PLN 26 million.

Mostostal Warszawa was honoured by the European Economic and Social Committee and Business Centre Club with the European Medal. President of the Management Board Andrzej Goławski and Juliusz Żach, Head of Research and Development Department received the prize from President of the Business Centre Club, Marek Goliszewski.
