Central Division concluded another contract in the area of residential construction. This time Warsaw division of Mostostal Warszawa will complete the shell of the multi-family building which will be erected at the corner of Wronia and Krochmalna St. The area of the investment is owned by Echo Investment.

Mostostal Warszawa was awarded the golden statuette of the Builder of Polish Sports in the 17th edition of the competition of organised by the Polish Sports Club. The company was honoured with the highest prize for its total contribution to the development of sports infrastructure in Poland. The rewarded projects included also the Regional Sports Centre Hall in Zakopane, the general contractor of which was Mostostal Warszawa.

On 27-28 October a conference was held in the Opole Power Plant, which was attended by a specialist group of experts. The talks concerned progress in construction of two 900 MW units. Mostostal Warszawa has once again taken up cooperation within the Acciona Group. Developer Acciona Nieruchomości Wilanów has commissioned the company to build the Nova Atmosfera multi-family building at Teodorowicza Street. Road composite bridge reached the highest trophy in the Good Design competition – it received the title of Product of the Year 2016. At the assignment of the Rejonowy Zarząd Infrastruktury w Gdyni Mostostal Warszawa will fulfill new contract for the military unit in Redzikowo. Formal signature of the agreement took place October, 17. In charge of the project realization is Northern Division directed by Maciej Sasak.

Southern Division of Mostostal Warszawa signed a contract for the realization of 2.1 stage of Mieszkaj w Mieście housing estate in Bronowice district in Krakow. The building will house 176 apartments with area ranging from 29 m2 to 110 m2. The completion of the project was scheduled for the second quarter of 2018.

One of the few in Europe and the largest in the world in terms of span length innovative bridge made of composite materials reached the final of the Polish Product of the Future competition. To the prestigious title awarded by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) is nominated 40 innovative projects.
