"Topping out" ceremony on LPP Fashion Lab construction site

09 December 2019

6 December 2019 took place a topping out ceremony at the construction site of the LPP Fashion Lab office building. The general contractor for the investment is Mostostal Warszawa.

The facility, which is implemented by Mostostal Warszawa, will become part of the LPP Fashion Lab office center and will become part of the largest fashion campus in Poland. The building will have four floors above ground and a two-story underground part. The facility with nearly 16 500 sq m will reconstruct the frontage of Łąkowa Street. The building was designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete with an architectural concrete facade. According to plans, teams of three fashion brands are to move to the new facility: Reserved, Cropp, and Sinsay.

- The architectural concept of the building combines modern solutions with the specificity of the place: the historic tenement houses of the Lower Town - said Maciej Sasak, Director of the Eastern Area at Mostostal Warszawa. - This combination makes challenges that a qualified team of Mostostal Warszawa engineers can meet.

The ceremony organized on the occasion of the completion of an important stage of construction was attended by, among others: representatives of LPP: Jacek Kujawa - VicePresident of the Management Board, Łukasz Piwoński - Project Manager, Janusz Łuczka - Director of Administration, representatives of the General Contractor - Mostostal Warszawa: Jacek Szymanek - Member of the Board, Maciej Sasak - Eastern Area Director, Radosław Łoboda - Commercial Director and also the team from construction site: Małgorzata Uthof - Director of the Group of Contracts, Jarosław Stobba - Construction Manager, Aneta Kiełczewska, Barbara Buczko, Agnieszka Górska, Rafał Piątek, Wiktoria Bystrzak, Marcin Jastalski, Łukasz Palewski, Michał Dunin, Tomasz Dziewiątkowski, Anna Żuraw.
