Przyzby-Zalesie estate: 179 flats transferred to the municipal administration
11 December 2019 The Municipal Investments Board in Krakow transferred 179 flats to the municipal administration. Flats were implemented as part of the first stage of construction of the Przyzby-Zalesie municipal estate. The investment is carried out by a consortium of Mostostal Warszawa and Acciona Construcción.
The implementation of the first stage of the estate has lasted since autumn 2017. Within two years, four residential buildings and one residential and service building with a place for a nursery and a library were built. In total, there are 179 flats in 5 buildings. In addition, works related to the construction of 178 apartments in five blocks as part of the second stage of the estate are also finishing.
