Socio-Economic Innovation Cluster Zabłocie 20.22 is an idea of a common space, that is supposed to provide technical and organizational conditions for work, study or spending free time for various occupants: startups and micro-enterprises, creative groups, social organizations, residents and informal groups; anyone who is interested in developing its activity. Municipal institutions will also be participating in the functioning of the Cluster.

- Mostostal Warszawa once again indicates its high activity in Małopolskie Voivodeship. We are currently implementing a number of investments here, e.g. Przyzby-Zalesie Estate with flats intended for municipal needs, and objects of the AGH University of Science and Technology. What is more, in recent years we have executed a number of public facilities, including Kraków Main Railway Station and Specialist Municipal Hospital, which was recently put into use after the reconstruction – says Grzegorz Danikiewicz, Commercial Director in the Eastern Area in Mostostal Warszawa. - Socio-Economic Innovation Cluster is an important project for us. Contract parameters
Gross contract value: PLN 39,25 million.
Deadline for implementation: 30.07.2021.
Payment term: 30 days from submitting a correctly issued invoice at the Employer's headquarters.
Maximum warranty period: 84 months.
Performance bond: 5% of the gross remuneration in the form of a bank guarantee.
