Over the past seven decades of our activity, we have built or modernized a number of the key facilities here.

BaseCamp private student house in Katowice will have 34,000 sqm. surface. It is planned to build over 700 rooms, underground parking and service points. The heart of the complex will be an attractive arranged and multifunctional common space, open to the green courtyard.

Currently, Mostostal Warszawa is also implementing the second investment of the BaseCamp network - a student house in Łódź.

Contract parameters
Net contract value: PLN 102,7 million.
Deadline for implementation: 18 months and 27 days.
