Mostostal Warszawa will build the BaseCamp student house in Łódź
On 8 March 2019 Mostostal Warszawa and ST Łódź Rembieliński Sp. z o.o. signed a contract for the construction of the BaseCamp student house. The building will be located in Łódź at Rembielińskiego st. 16/18. The contract value is almost PLN 90 million net.

Adjusting to the requirements of the Investor, we offered the best solutions for this challenging project - says Jorge Calabuig Ferre, Vice President of Mostostal Warszawa. - I am convinced that our company will demonstrate unique competences, as in the case of similar investments, especially those located in Łódź. In recent years, we have successfully completed several contracts here, and we are currently working on the renovation of a complex of historic tenement houses at Julian Tuwima st. - one of the oldest streets in the city. I hope that the agreement signed today will be the first step to closer cooperation with BaseCamp, including further investments in Poland.
The facility will be located in an area where industrial plants were located in the past. The new building is designed in a way that ensures optimal use of the area.
