Revitalisation and Adaptation of the Post-Industrial Area in Grudziądz for New Tourist and Recreation Functions
As part of the concluded contract, Mostostal Warszawa completed the following facilities:
Building A – Training and recreation centre
- cubic volume: 5,611.64 m3
- utility surface area: 1,400 m2
Two gyms, two conference rooms, a sauna, 26 hotel rooms, a spa, cloakrooms and sanitary facilities.
Buildings B, C – Sheds for boats of the Wisła Rowing Club.
- cubic volume: 2,300 m3
- utility surface: 600 m2
Sheds for boats of the Wisła Rowing Club. Double-storey building with sanitary facilities.
Building D – Sanitary facilities for the caravan park.
Building E – Harbour master’s office.
Park for 18 caravans with stands with utilities, a tennis court, an amphitheatre located at the bank of the Vistula River with a removable aluminium stage, deepening of the inlet channel and the harbour basin.
Floating concrete platform with moorings for 16 yachts. The deck is fastened with runners to steel guiding piles, fi 400.
Floating wooden platform for athletes of the Wisła Rowing Club.
Rotary pedestrian and bicycle bridge.
As well as:
8,000 m2 bank reinforcements in the form of gabion mattresses on a reinforced concrete top plate made on a Larsen truss,
26,600 m2 of green areas planted with trees and bushes ,
3,000 running metres of bicycle paths,
18,500 m2 surface of roads, parking areas, squares and pavements.
The task was implemented by the Environmental Protection Department.
