Mostostal Warszawa is currently carrying out three investments in Wrocław. We present how the work on each of them is going.

On February 24, 2022, the Podkarpackie Voivode issued a decision on a permit for the implementation of a road investment (the so-called ZRID) for the section of the S19 express road Rzeszów Południe-Babica. The investment is being carried out by a consortium of Mostostal Warszawa and Acciona Construcción.

Employee safety is a priority at Mostostal Warszawa. A series of health and safety training courses were completed by the S19 Tunel construction workers.

On February 3, 2022, Mostostal Warszawa signed two contracts with Spravia (formerly Budimex Nieruchomości) for the construction of two multi-family residential buildings in Kraków. The total value of both contracts is PLN 134.80 million net.

On January 27, the target traffic organization was introduced on the Morawica and Wola Morawicka bypass under construction along the national road number 73. The investment is being carried out by a consortium of Mostostal Warszawa, Drogomex and Masfalt.

On December 23, 2021, Mostostal Warszawa signed a contract with Vantage Development for the construction of a complex of residential buildings at Rembielińskiego Street in Łódź. Contract value: PLN 65.30 million net.

A new Equipment and Transport Base of Mostostal Warszawa is being built in Urzut near Warsaw. It will replace the currently used facility at Łopuszańska Street in Warsaw, which we rent.
