01 August 2022

On July 28, 2022, the ceremonial completion of the project related to the construction of tanks at the PERN vats in Dębogórze took place, Nowa Wieś Wielka and Koluszki. The investment was carried out by the consortium of Mostostal Warszawa and Mostostal Płock

As part of the investment, seven tanks with a total capacity of 224 thousand m³ were completed.

The event was attended, among others, by Pomeranian Voivode Dariusz Drelich, President of PERN Igor Wasilewski, Vice President of PERN Mateusz Radecki and Jacek Szymanek, Member of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa and President of the Management Board of Mostostal Płock.

- We carry out tasks related to the construction of PERN's strategic energy infrastructure efficiently and on time. We have just successfully completed the construction of seven tanks at the vats in Dębogórze, Nowa Wieś Wielka and Koluszki. However, we completed this task after a number of previous ones, in the vats in Rejowiec and Boronów, as well as in Gdańsk, where we built tanks with a capacity of 100,000 m³ - says Jacek Szymanek. - As a consortium of Mostostal Warszawa and Mostostal Płock, we are able to carry out the most complex tasks thanks to the experience, skills and commitment of hundreds of people working both on construction sites and in offices. We are able to achieve extremely high organizational efficiency thanks to our potential. It would not be possible without the work performed in our plants, including the plant in Płock, from which most of the prefabricated elements of the tanks originated.

The investment was the third stage of the expansion of fuel depots, which PERN is implementing as part of the mega investment program.  The first stage involved the construction of four tanks with a total capacity of 128 thousand cubic meters m³ in 2 locations:  Koluszki and Nowa Wieś Wielka, the second stage - also carried out with the participation of the consortium of Mostostal Warszawa and Mostostal Płock - consists of nine new tanks with a total capacity of 222 thousand cubic meters m³ in 6 locations: Dębogórze, Rejowiec, Boronów, Koluszki, Emilianów and Małaszewicze.
