Design and execution of construction works in the existing building complex of Pomeranian Centre of Traumatology in the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Gdańsk at Nowe Ogrody 1-6 Street

The contract included modernisation of two buildings of Pomeranian Centre of Traumatology in the Provincial Specialist Hospital. In the first one (no. 8) was built modern intensive care unit with 20 beds for children and youth in total and operation suite with 10 rooms. The second building will accomodate 120 beds, among others, at the Department of General Surgery, division Gastroenterelogy and Nutrition, Neurosurgery, Children’s Cardiosurgery.

The investment encompassed:

  • completing construction works in existing buildings of the hospital and those related to the land use and reinforcement of the area
  • construction works on the KS building elevation
  • protective coatings for walls and corners using C/S system
  • completing installation works (sanitary, electrical and teletechnical networks) along with necessary tests, launching and commissions
  • as-built documentation of construction and installation works
  • organising and performing necessary tests, research and commisions
  • elaborating operating instructions and training the user
  • obtaining final permit for the utilization and other permits
  • launching the central heating installation in the building no. 8 and KS building
