Portowo residential estate in Poznan

Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. entered into an Agreement with Vastint Poland Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw for the implementation of the construction of residential buildings in Portowo Poznan with a total value of EUR 48,852,307.00 (PLN 210,812,260.40 according to the NBP exchange rate published on 27.03.2024, 1 euro = 4.3153 PLN) net.

Agreement for the execution of the order entitled Construction of residential buildings in Portowo Poznan:

• Contract value: EUR 48.85 million net,
• Implementation deadline: by 30.09.2026,
• Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of delivery of a properly issued invoice to the Ordering Party,
• Warranty period: 63 months from the completion of the construction,
• Security for proper performance: EUR 4 million for the implementation period, EUR 2 million for the warranty period (63 months) gross deposited in the form of a bank guarantee.

Mostostal Warszawa will implement Stage I of the construction, which involves the construction of 11 residential buildings with varying numbers of storeys containing 378 apartments intended for long-term rental. This part of the investment will be located in Poznan near Rondo Starołęka, along Hetmańska Street to the Warta River.
