Vis a Vis Wola - stage II
The project included all construction works necessary to build a complex of three residential buildings with commercial premises and underground garages, along with accompanying infrastructure. The works included the execution of external works on the property, related to, among others, works with terrain, construction of inter-residential networks (water supply network, sanitary sewage network, rainwater drainage network, telecommunication network, land lighting network, heat network with heat center, power grid), electrical power installations, telecommunications and sanitary installations. The buildings are located at Ordona st. 5D, 5E, 5F in Warsaw.
Date of signing the contract: 17/09/2018
Contract value: PLN 73.39 million gross
Completion date: 104 weeks from the construction site transfer date
Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice
Maximum warranty period is 15 years for the construction of the facility
Good performance security: 5% of the contract value
