SANSARA - residential complex at Górczewska 228

The investment comissioned by Bemowo Invest 3 covered construction of six residential buildings with underground garages. Mostostal performed all internal installation systems in every object. The construction was divided in three stages. The first one was to construct three 11-storey buildings type A in which at the ground floor where located office rooms apart from flats. In the second stage were erected three, 8-storey buildings type B. Buildings A1 and B1 were linked with two-level pavillion with entrance to the entire complex in which on the first floor was located office room. The total surface of six buildings with 386 flats is aproximately 47 000 m². The net contract value is PLN 94,21 mln.
