MPWiK office building in Warsaw

A consortium composed of Mostostal Warszawa SA and Acciona Infrastruktura SA is currently involved in the construction of a modern office building for the Municipal Water and Sewerage Company (MPWiK) in Warsaw. The estimated value of the project is PLN 40 million. Following the modernization of the "Warsaw Filters", this is yet another project completed for MPWiK.

The agreement covers the construction of a 3-storey building with accompanying infrastructure at the River Pump Station located on Czerniakowska Street in Warsaw.
Mostostal Warszawa will erect a facility with a total area of 8 300 square meters and cubic capacity of 35 000 cubic meters. Under the contract, the Warsaw-based company will design and complete solutions intended to lower down the building's power demand with the use of renewable energy sources. The facility will also be adapted to accommodate and serve the handicapped.
The construction of MPWiK head office in Warsaw will be completed as part of the "Water supply and sewage treatment in Warsaw – Phase V" project which has a chance to be funded under the EU's "Infrastructure and Environment 2014 – 2020" Operational Programme.
