Focus Park Piotrków Trybunalski (kopia)
The agreeement for the realization of the task was signed 14 May 2008. The works were realized between 25 April 2008 and 7 October2009. The scope of works entrusted to Mostostal Warszawa included executive design and its comprehensive realization except works for tenants. Focus Park is located between Kostromska, Słowackiego and Modrzewskiego Streets. It is close to the city centre and main streets, and nearby is planned construction of A1 motorway what makes this location really convenient. The total surface of the centre is 79 000 m2. 120 shops are located at two commercial levels and additional four above-ground storeys provide parking for 460 cars. Internal pavilions of the building were designed shaping urban streets with restaurants, entertainment and commercial premises alongside the street.
