Housing buildings at Wileńska Street in Wrocław
Wrobis as general contractor realized 5 multi-family housing buildings in Wrocław.
All objects were designed with stairways, four storeys (fourth storey is habitable attic), without basement, covered with gable roofs.
Wszystkie budynki zaprojektowano jako klatkowe, czterokondygnacyjne (4 kondygnację stanowi poddasze użytkowe), niepodpiwniczone, kryte dachem dwuspadowym.
Building 1 – 70 flats with usable area of 3182 m2
Building 2 – 74 flats with usable area of 3952 m2
Building 3 – 68 flats with usable area of 3109 m2
Building 4 – 47 flats with usable area of 2164 m2
Building 5 – 54 flats with usable area of 2425 m2
The contract involved construction of 313 flats of 14 832 m2 usable area in total.
