The objective of the agreement was construction of three residential buildings (with total number of flats: 45, usable area approximately of 3 000 m2 and cubic volume of 11 096 m3) and multi-level freestanding car par (four-storey, 187 parking places, cubic volum: 17 820 m3) with accompanying technical infrastructure (development of the general sewage network with plots, sanitary network with plots, teletechnical network with plots), elements of landscaping (such as: access roads, pavements, biking trail, parking places on the ground level, benches, etc)and necessary greenery planting.
