Panoramika Residential Complex in Szczecin - stage V

The Panoramika estate is situated in the Warszewo district of Szczecin, in a district well connected to the city center. There are numerous educational establishments, jogging and cycling routes, as well as a diving school in the area. There is also a lot of green areas, not more than 10 minutes away from the estate: Kasprowicz Park, Różanka, Arkoński Forest or S. Kownasa Dendrological Garden. Residents are also close to the Głębokie Lake. The Panoramika estate is being built in a cascade development on an area sloped to the south of the city. Due to its natural location, each building offers a unique view of the Szczecin panorama.

The object covered by the agreement is a multi-family residential building, defined in the design documentation as the "L5" building, along with above-ground parking spaces, necessary accesses and access roads, and accompanying infrastructure, including networks and connections and land development.

Value of the annex: PLN 16.70 million net
Completion date: 20 months from the commencement of construction works
Payment term: 30 days from the date of receipt of the invoice
The maximum warranty period is 10 years
Due performance security: 10% of the net contract value in the form of a bank guarantee.
