Housing development Eko-Park, includes 18,7-hectare  property in Mokotów district in Warsaw, and consists of 8 residential complexes. Residential complex Etiuda (B4-B8) is a complex of five buildings ranging with height from 5 to 8 aboveground storeys and one underground storey destined for garage. The complex accomodates 143 flats of total area of 11 000 m² and 190 parking places, of which 146 is situated in underground garage. The total area of the building is 24 000 m².
