Office buildings in the Crosspoint complex in Łódź

The Cross Point Complex is located on the corner of Milionowa and Rydza Śmigłego Streets in Widzew district in Łódź. The contract regards construction of two office buildings in Łódź which will form part of the Cross Point Complex in the area of the former the Adam Próchnik clothing firm. Two, six-storey buildings B and D, first worth PLN 34 mln gross and second PLN 18 mln gross, will rise there. The term of realisation is respectively 18 and 13 months. The scopes of the contract encompass will perform construction, installation and fitting works along with landscaping of outer areas.

Apart from office functions building B will be also used in service and sales. Commercial space and premises will be located on the ground floor. Garage for 86 cars as well as technical facilities, changing rooms and back rooms will be situated on the level minus 1. In turn, building D will be elevated on columns. Sixty parking places will be situated under the office building, on the ground level. Besides construction of the facility, the scope of works includes also remodeling of the communication system and technical infrastructure.
