Nowy Mokotów housing development in Warsaw

The "Nowy Mokotów" housing development is being built near Konstruktorska Street in the vicinity of Warsaw's Służewiec Przemysłowy office building district. The third, i.e. second last project stage includes the construction of eight 6-storey buildings with 239 flats and apartments. 2- and 3-room flats will prevail, but the top floors will also accommodate spacious apartments with large terraces and green roofs. All ground-floor flats will have their own gardens while the remaining will include lobbies and balconies. Mostostal Warszawa will also build an underground parking lot fitted with cellars and bike storage areas. Each building will be adapted to the needs of the handicapped.

The Nowy Mokotów housing development has been planned as an autonomous urban unit with internal communication system, own social integration areas, greeneries and commercial facilities. It is a fully enclosed facility with internal fenced courtyards.
