Housing estate Mieszkaj w Mieście in Krakow - stage 2.1
The MWM housing estate is to constitute a fully independent housing district with the various types of buildings and rich infrastructure of the service. It will form an attractive localization in Krakow as a modern and human-friendly place for a living. The design of the housing estate was created by Medusa Group.
Mostostal Warszawa is responsible for the realization of the 2.1 stage, that is, the construction of residential multi-family building CE1 with underground garage, service premises on the ground floor and accompanying infrastructure at Katowicka St. (Bronowice district). The building will house 176 apartments with area ranging from 29 m2 to 110 m2. The completion of the project was scheduled for the second quarter of 2018.
The new building was designed in the shape of C letter holding an inner courtyard with green areas for residents, playground and individual gardens for ground-floor inhabitants. In the northern part of the building will be situated service premises directly connected with a nice walking path. All entrances to the estate will be localized on the side of the inner courtyard.
