The investment involved construction of multi-family residential building with commercial premises, underground garage, parking place, communication services and elements of land management at Górczewska Street in Warsaw (District Bemowo).
The retail spaces at the ground floor in south part of the building can be accessed from the pavement at Górczewska Street. Flats at floors have balconys, loggias and terraces. The premises at the ground floor feature garden allotments. The complex was designed as closed. Inside the estate are located green areas and fenced children’s playground. The ground floor and all the floors are suited for people with disabilities. Every flat has guaranteed at least one parking space. The building falls within the category of medium high objects.
The underground storey that fulfills garage and technical funtions is located under the area where above ground storeys were designed and between segments of above ground storeys. In subterrean car park will be available 494 parking places for passenger cars.
Access to the above ground storeys is possible thanks to the stairways and elevators. The ground floor fulfills housing function mainly, retail functions also (that will not interfere with its residential functions) and there are located storerooms, utility rooms (baby carriage room) as well as rooms for the administration of the building. Building holds 19 stairways with passenger lifts. The total number of flats is 465.
