Multi-family residential building CE2 (Mieszkaj w Mieście – Stage 2.2)

The subject of the contract is construction of the CE2 multi-family residential building in Krakow at Katowicka Street along with underground parking lot, service units on the ground floor and accompanying technical infrastructure. This is the subsequent stage of the Mieszkaj w Mieście estate in the Bronowice district of Kraków that Mostostal Warszawa is currently executing for Henniger Investment SA.

The building will offer 173 apartments with a floor area ranging from 29 sq. m to 110 sq. m. The underground parking lot will provide 225 parking places and 154 tenant storerooms. The contract value is net PLN 34 861 324.13, and the completion date is planned to be 5 November 2018.

The new building has been designed in a C-shaped form and is one of two multi-family buildings that jointly form an internal courtyard with green areas designated for recreation of the inhabitants and areas designated for independent cultivation of plants and tenants’ gardens. The building will also house service units, which will be provided with a direct link to the recreation promenade. All entries to the building will be situated on the side of the internal courtyard.
