Multi-family building Nowe Południe in Mokotów district in Warsaw

According to the plans, Nowe Południe is to be a multi-family building featuring mostly 2- and 3-bedroom flats of an area ranging from 35 m2 to more than 100 m2. Flats of this kind enjoy great interest among the buyers. The building will be placed in a low-rise area. It was designed in the shape of irregular U letter. Entrance to the property as well as entrances to the stairwells will be situated on the side of Śródziemnomorska Street. There will be also carefully designed green courtyard in the front of the building. Further, from the southern part, the property will have access to the Wilanowska Avenue.

The construction will be preceded by the demolition of five terraced houses which are located in the investment area. The Nowe Południe building will be measuring 7 storeys in the central part and up to 11 in the eastern wing. Each stairway on a floor can hold from 2 to 5 flats. The façade of the building will be stylistically diverse and based on a classic colouristic scheme. Spacious balconies and terraces will provide to the residents a feeling of space. Moreover, flats above the sixth floor will be 3 m high and that will increase the sensation of space. Storerooms, bicycle boxes, and parking will be situated on a two-level underground storey.
