"Kamienica Jeżyce" multi-family residential complex in Poznań

Ronson Development selects Mostostal Warszawa as General Contractor for Kamienica Jeżyce project in Poznań.

Mostostal Warszawa is currently engaged in the process of building a multi-family residential complex with underground garages at completion stages I and II of the "Kamienica Jeżyce" project on Kościelna Street in Poznań. Stage I construction works began in 2014. The first stage of the project includes the construction of four buildings and five more during the next stage. The entire complex will have 6 residential floors above ground and one underground floor. It will also include a parking lot, technical facilities and separate bike storage areas.

290 apartments and 3 commercial units will be created in the buildings. The designed underground and ground floor garages will have a total of 291 parking spaces. The net value of both project stages will amount to 56.8 million over a period of 31 months. The project will be completed by Mostostal Warszawa's Central Division.
