The agreement was signed on 17 April 2008. The work was conducted from 5 May 2008 to 5 November 2009. Mostostal was responsible for preparing a detailed construction design and executing the design, along with the comprehensive performance of the facility located on Warszawska Street and Piłsudskiego Street.
