Extension of Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications in Poznan
The investment area is situated in Poznan at the premises of Poznan University of Technology. The existing building of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications (FET) is located at Polanka Street. The area is fully developed. In the scope of the agreement, Mostostal Warszawa will carry out the comprehensive extension together with the reconstruction of the stairwell smoke ventilation system. The new wing will rise alongside the Kaliska Street. It will be a three-storey building without a basement. On each floor, there will be a classroom and two administrative offices. The agreement includes also designing and creating a connection linking the existing building with the extension.
In addition, the scope of work will comprise land preparations for the construction site, ground stabilisation, pipelines, network cabling, electrical works, water and sewage systems, central heating, ventilation as well as woodwork and fitting works. The task encompasses also providing access to the building, parking spaces and landscaping. Prior to this works, colliding installations will be removed.
