Sports and Recreation Centre in Brzeg – reconstruction of the football pitches with sports facilites

In the scope of the agreementthe existing football stadium and office building were reconstructed, and from the ground were built: club building, sports facilities, two football pitches for training and new stands.

Surface of the stands: 1603,74 m²; cubic volume: 3620 m³ 
Total area of the club building, facilities and office building: 2704,19 m²; cubic volume: 10 482,9 m³ 
Total area of the football pitch (main, traning and running track): 27 764, 59 m²

Date of signing the agreement: 02.03.2010

Contractor: Wrobis SA / Tamex Obiekty Sportowe / Energy Investros Sp. z o.o.

Contract value: PLN 29,5 mln
