Residential building „Przy Ratuszu” at Kondratowicza Street in Warsaw

The contract encompassed design and realization of the 18-storey building for 147 flats, of 12 800 m² of usable area, 50 700 m³ of cubic volume. The building was elevated as monolithic reinforced concrete structure.
