Edifice of Innovative Business Centre
Wrobis, as a general contractor, constructed three-storey building with underground garage at Klecińska 123 Street in Wrocław. Architecture of Innovative Business Centre is similar to the buildings that stand nearby: Technological Centre of Wrocław andScientific Technological Incubator of Lower Silesia. The common features are: coloristics, elevation divisions and used materials. Its height is 13,45 m and usable area amounts to 6662,38 m2. New centre houses headquarters for small- and medium-sized companies which develop research and scientfic, design, experimental and production activities (e.g. production of computer programmes). They can use laboratory facilities of Technological Park in Wrocław. The agreement for the realization of the task was signed 14 December 2008.
