Office building for Harmony Office Centre Sp. z o.o.
The contract for realization of the task was signed 5 October 2006. The scope of work included execution of above ground construction of office building (excluding works in raw state construction) and complex realization of building finishing and installations along with surrounding areas, construction of access road and underground infrastructure. The total area of 6-storey building with two-level undergroung garage is 32 500 m2. Its cubic volume is 161 300 m3.
