The scope of work included construction of an apartment building with an underground garage, which is part of the "Atmosfera Apartamenty" complex. The building has 136 apartments; 10 commercial offices and 228 parking spaces - including 186 in the "Klaus" platform system.

Signing of the contract: 7 August 2008

Completion of the contract: 30 June 2010
