Delivery, assembly and commissioning of a recovery boiler and assembly of a gas turbine set for Synthos Dwory

As part of the task, Mostostal Warszawa will build a key part of the gas and steam block investment in Synthos Dwory. Within the scope of the contract, Mostostal Warszawa will design, build and launch an installation consisting of a heat recovery boiler and the necessary accompanying energy infrastructure, among others thermal and technological, installation, fire protection, electricity and I&C. In addition to the technology provided, Mostostal Warszawa will design and build a complete set of necessary buildings, underground networks and installations, roads and squares included in the investment, and will also build a gas turbine delivered by Ansaldo Energia. The steam capacity of the heat recovery boiler will be approximately 140 t/h. Thanks to the investment, Synthos will significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions related to the production of heat and electricity for the needs of chemical installations. The newly built gas turbine will also provide additional production of electricity sent to the national grid and external entities supplied from the Synthos distribution network.
