Last weekend, a column carrying a TBM (Tunnel Boring Mashine) for drilling a tunnel on the S19 road in the Podkarpacie region passed through Warsaw. It is a unique logistic operation, record-breaking on a national scale. No wonder it attracts the attention of the media, as well as hundreds of people who flock to the route of the machine.

On November 22, 2022, Mostostal Warszawa concluded an agreement with the International Airport the name of  Jana Pawła II Kraków-Balice a contract for the construction of a new Cargo terminal. Contract value: PLN 91.94 million gross.

On November 8, 2022, we laid the cornerstone for the construction of the PKP Intercity train wash in Wrocław. This is another investment that Mostostal Warszawa is implementing for Polish railways. 

On November 7, 2022, Mostostal Warszawa concluded a contract with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways for the construction of the S19 Domaradz-Iskrzynia expressway. Contract value: PLN 1,063.25 million gross.

The last stage of transport of the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) is underway, and it will bore a 2.2 km long tunnel on the S19 Rzeszów Południe-Babica expressway. According to tradition, we are looking for a name for our TBM. Therefore, together with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, we are announcing a competition.

In order to expand the possibilities of building footbridges, the Research and Development Department, together with the Athens University of Technology, conducted research aimed at the use of lightweight concrete.

The next stage of transporting the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) has begun. Machine will bore a tunnel on the S19 Rzeszów Południe-Babica section. The largest parts of the machine are currently transported on the Odra River to Opole, from where they will continue their route to the construction site.

At the construction site of B10 Business Garden in Wrocław, our team is currently carrying out installation works for all industries and is preparing for road and finishing works.

For several months, we have been working on the construction of the Rzeszów Południe-Babica section of the S19 expressway. An important and unique element of the route is a tunnel with a length of over two kilometers. The underground facility will be realized by the TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine), the transport of which has just started.

On August 25, 2022, Mostostal Warszawa concluded a contract with the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle in Szczecin for the modernization of the terraces and the reconstruction of the northern wing.
