Technical Building of the Water Treatment Station at Kraków Airport
Contract Value: PLN 7,222,755.75 net
On 2 December 2025, we signed another contract with John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice Ltd., covering the implementation of the investment task titled “Technical Building – Water Treatment Station” in the “Design and Build” formula. The contract value amounts to PLN 7,222,755.75 net.
Scope of the investment
The contract covers comprehensive design and construction works under a general contracting system, including:
- construction of a new Water Treatment Station building along with potable water tanks,
- reconstruction and relocation of the existing technical infrastructure necessary for servicing the station and tanks,
- removal of collisions with existing airport infrastructure,
- full development of the area surrounding the facility.
The investment is a significant component of the airport’s technical infrastructure, supporting an increase in its operational capacity.
Contract Value: PLN 28,619,566.46 gross.
