A Modern Center for the Community – scope of the investment

The project includes comprehensive land development and the construction of buildings providing a wide range of social, cultural and administrative services. Under the contract, the following works will be carried out:

  • Construction of two buildings: a main two-storey building with a basement and a single-storey utility/garage building.

  • Development of the internal road system, including internal roads, connections to existing and planned driveways, parking spaces—including those for people with disabilities—and a fire access road.

  • Development of outdoor areas, including a representative courtyard, an open-air event space, rain gardens, flowerbeds, low and high greenery, and a green terrace.

  • Construction of technical infrastructure, including underground retention and fire-fighting tanks, a transformer station, and areas prepared for installing vehicle charging stations.

  • Creation of a functional room layout, including offices, multifunctional and conference halls, archives, technical and staff facilities, a server room, and customer service spaces.

  • Ensuring full accessibility for people with disabilities, including the installation of an elevator and the adaptation of circulation routes and sanitary facilities.

The investment also includes land reclamation and pro-environmental solutions implemented under the “Regenerated Natural Environment” programme, co-financed by the ERDF. Additionally, the project will include a U-1-type shelter for 200 people, enhancing public safety in the municipality.
