The joint effort and commitment of the employees of the Mostostal Warszawa Group in 2021 contributed to strengthening our position as one of the leaders in the Polish construction industry. Despite the challenges posed by the ongoing SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic and its economic and social consequences, we have kept our Group in very good shape. This is further proof of our organisational, human, technical and financial potential.
In the three quarters of 2021, the Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group generated sales revenues in the amount of PLN 882 million and generated a gross profit of PLN 26 million.
In the first half of 2021, the Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group generated sales revenues in the amount of PLN 556 million and generated a gross profit of PLN 24 million. The year 2020, due to its unpredictability caused by the coronavirus pandemic, posed a challenge for the construction industry. However, Mostostal Warszawa Group successfully overcame the difficulties encountered by making optimal use of its organisational, human resources, technical and financial potential.
In the period of three quarters of 2020, the Mostostal Warszawa Group generated sales revenues of PLN 1,021 million and gross profit of PLN 6.5 million. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the Group has maintained a satisfactory level of cash position, which combined with a strong production potential, gives promising prospects for the coming months.
The first half of 2020 brought the Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group revenues from sales in the amount of PLN 672 million and gross profit of PLN 2 million. Mostostal Warszawa Group in 2019 achieved sales revenues of PLN 1.3 billion. Gross profit of PLN 8.1 million, as well as a high level of cash position, combined with the preserved, despite the coronavirus pandemic, strong production potential give good prospects for the coming months.
During the nine months of 2019, the Mostostal Warszawa Group generated sales revenues in the amount of PLN 926 million and incurred a net loss in the amount of PLN 13 million.
During the first half of 2019, the Mostostal Warszawa Group generated sales revenues in the amount of PLN 595 million and incurred a net loss in the amount of PLN 7 million.
After first quarter of 2019, Mostostal Warszawa Group earned a sales revenue of PLN 271 million and achieved a net profit of PLN 2 million.
Mostostal Warszawa Group reached in 2018 revenues from sales in the amount of PLN 1,013 million and recorded a net loss of PLN 46 million. The Group’s losses were the effect of negative exchange rate and its impact on the EUR loans valuation as well as significant prices increases of materials and subcontractors services of which scale was difficult to predict when valuating contracts signed back in 2016-2017.
