The sales revenue of the Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group in 2022 amounted to PLN 1.6 billion (increase by 24% compared to 2021) and the gross profit amounted to PLN 27.3 million. The Group's cash balance at the end of 2022 was PLN 205.7 million. Cash generated on operating activities amounted to PLN 24.2 million. Employment in the Capital Group increased by 5% and amounted to 1,533 employees.

The value of the order portfolio of the Mostostal Warsaw Capital Group at the end of 2022 reached PLN 4.1 billion. With an active and prudent bidding policy, we were able to win contracts in all construction segments worth a total of PLN 2.4 billion in 2022.

We efficiently carry out our core business and the functions that support it. This is made possible by effective internal procedures, as well as the appropriate infrastructure supporting the services we provide, including the new equipment and transport base in Urzuta, which opened in the second half of the year. We have had spectacular successes, such as the nationally record-breaking transport of the TBM machine that will bore a tunnel of more than two kilometers along the S-19 Rzeszów Południe-Babica road.

The situation of the Capital Group is stable in financial, organizational and personnel terms. A diversified portfolio of orders allows us to be optimistic about our development in the coming years.

In 2023, we intend to maintain active, yet selective and safe bidding, taking into account the increase in prices of materials and labor resources. We also want to be an active participant in the transformation of the Polish energy sector and use our knowledge and experience to support the reduction of the environmental nuisance of energy and industry.
