We are different, we are united by respect

The UN General Assembly established May 21 as the World Day of Cultural Diversity to remind about tolerance and respect for cultural diversity and the promotion and protection of human rights, including the right to development.

This is consistent with one of the values we follow in our daily work. People are this value. We respect diversity, we build our teams on the basis of different generations, different experiences, different nationalities and sexes; by complementing each other, we create an ideal whole.

Therefore, we present how we care for diversity on the example of our employees. We decided to give them the floor to tell about their feelings and experiences from working at Mostostal Warszawa. We present stories of both people new to the organization and those with long experience. People who stayed with us after completing the internship and people who went from the assistant to the manager. Men and women in different positions. They are different, but thanks to that they are part of a strong, well-integrated team.

Tomasz Adamczyk / Contract Director

Tomasz works as the Contract Director on the construction of the Morawica bypass. To take this position, he went from Site Engineer to Road Works Manager and Site Manager. In retrospect, he knows that when creating a team for a specific construction, you cannot forget about diversity. People of different ages and experiences are part of a well-functioning mechanism. Jakub has been working as a Logistics Specialist at the S61 Ełk Południe - Wysokie construction site since 2020. In his work, he has regular contact not only with construction colleagues, but also with people working in the office. Piotr Budziński / Director of the Contract Group

Piotr has been working at Mostostal Warszawa for almost three years, he is the Director of the Contract Group in the Western Area. He is an experienced specialist who has been working in the industry for 16 years. Thanks to this, he knows that the team must be created by different people. Wojciech Cesarz / Industry Works Manager

Wojciech works as a Industry Works Manager at the construction site of Base Camp Katowice. This is his next important project in his 11 years career at Mostostal Warszawa. During this time, he collaborated with people of different ages and with different experiences. Both they used the skills of Wojciech, and Wojciech used their innovation and enthusiasm. Site Engineer

Agata Cudak / Site Engineer

Agata has been working at Mostostal Warszawa for three years. Previously, she was the Offering Inspector, currently she is a Construction Engineer of a residential building at Wagrowska Street in Poznań. She feels good in a large team, thanks to which he learns something new all the time. Abder El-Masri / Site Manager

Abder comes from Jordan, he came to Poland in the 1980s. In the past, he worked on several important contracts with Mostostal Warszawa, recently he was the Site Manager at bus depot in Tychy. Although she has been in Poland for 40 years, he sometimes needs help with language issues. Nevertheless, he feels very comfortable here, there is a friendly atmosphere in the team. Bożena has been working at Mostostal Warszawa for 20 years. In her opinion, it is an interesting and developing job, from a construction site specialist to a managerial position in the Controlling Department at the company's headquarters. On a daily basis, she cooperates with engineers at the construction site, foreigners, women and men. Due to the constantly changing responsibilities, her job never gets boring.
