Inside, there will be 30 classrooms, laboratories, rooms for quiet work and an auditorium where lectures and meetings for nearly 400 people will be held.
- After handing over the construction site from the Investor, we started earthworks up to the level of the foundation slab. There are also boreholes for lower heat sources and water and sewage connections. We are also working on the rectification of the diaphragm wall. We are determined to meet the work schedule and complete all tasks on time – says Paweł Półtorak, Contract Manager.

As a part of the contract, we are obliged, among others, to provide BIM models of the executive design, perform regular collision reports, and update the models on a current basis. Finally, we will deliver a complete as-built model supplemented with information for facility management.
One of the important points of the investment is obtaining the BREEAM certificate. For this purpose, energy recovery systems and energy-saving installations will be used on the construction site.
