The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company", "Borrower") after receiving the relevant documents, informs that the Company, as of 23 July 2020, signed a framework agreement and a short-term loan agreement with Société Générale Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Polsce ("the Bank").

1. Framework agreement

Under the agreement, the Bank grants the Company a limit to be used in the maximum amount of PLN 40 million.

Within the limit:

- the limit for guarantees with a validity period of up to 5 years is PLN 40 million

- the limit for guarantees with a term of validity up to 9 years is PLN 15 million

- the limit for letters of credit with an expiry / postponement period of up to 12 months is PLN 2.5 million

Within the limit, the Company is authorized to submit applications for the following types of guarantees:

- warranty with a maximum term of up to 108 months

- good performance guarantees of the contract with a maximum duration of up to 60 months

- tender guarantees with a maximum duration of up to 6 months

- payment guarantees with a maximum duration of 36 months

- financial guarantees with a maximum duration of up to 12 months

The limit was granted for the period from 30 June 2020 to 29 June 2021.

Other terms of the loan agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.

2. Short-term loan agreement.

Under the contract, the Bank grants the Company a short-term revolving loan in the amount of PLN 10 million.

The loan can only be used to finance the Borrower's ongoing operations.

The loan was granted for the period from 30 June 2020 to 29 June 2021.

Other terms of the loan agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.
