The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that the Company on 19 March 2019 was notified by Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. ("Employer") about the selection Company as the best for the implementation of the task "Comprehensive modernization of the bus depot of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Miejskiej Sp. z o.o. Tychy at ul. Towarowa 1 in Tychy - the second procedure ".

The offer submitted by the Company includes:

• Contract value: PLN 58.20 million gross,

• Implementation period: 13 months,

• Payment terms: 30 days from the date of invoice issued and submitted to the Employer,

• The warranty period is - 60 months for construction works, 36 months for delivery, as counted from the final acceptance date,

• Due performance security: 10% of the total price specified in the Offer.

The decision on the selection of the best offer may be appealed against, which may be lodged within 10 days from the day on which the circumstances underlying the lodging of the offer were or could be learned.
