The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on March 8, 2019. has concluded with ST Łódź Rembielińskiego Sp. z o. o. ("Employer") contract for the implementation of the task titled "Construction of the BaseCamp student house in Łódź at 16/18 Rembielińskiego Street".

Contract value of the: PLN 110 million gross.

Implementation period: 17 months and 23 days.

Payment terms: 30 days from delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice.

Warranty period:

1. 10 years for the construction, the impermeability of the facade and the impermeability of the roof,

2. 5 years for all other works that do not form part of the works listed in item 1 above,

3. not less than two years for materials and devices, in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Pledge:

1. 10 years for the construction, façade, insulation against outdoor water, including the roof system, and the Contractor's Design,

2. 3 years for other works,

3. at least 2 years from the date of signing the Building Acceptance Protocol in relation to the Project for all materials and equipment that form part of the Works, they will have a manufacturer's guarantee and warranty.

Due performance security of: bank guarantee in the amount of 10% of contractual remuneration, ie PLN 89.9 million net.
