The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 6 February 2019, the Company received from Acciona Construcción S.A. ("Acciona") signed set of relevant documents of Annexes to Agreements with the Main Shareholder (50.09% share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting):

1. Annex No. VI with conclusion date of 31 December 2018 to the Loan Agreement of 5 December 2012 (Current Report No. 53/2012) with Acciona. Pursuant to the Agreement, Acciona granted a loan to the Company in the amount of EUR 13.07 million (equivalent to PLN 56.20 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland of 31 December 2018 in the amount of EUR 1 = PLN 4,3000) and interest.

2. Annex No. VIII concluded on 31 December 2018 to the Loan Agreement of 24 November 2011 (Current Report No. 57/2011) with Acciona. Pursuant to the Agreement, Acciona granted a loan to the Company in the amount of EUR 13.96 million (equivalent to PLN 60.03 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland of 31 December2018 in the amount of EUR 1 = PLN 4.3000) and interest.

On the basis of the above Annexes, loans will be returned until 30 November 2020. Loans may also be repaid in a shorter period.
